Join us for an intimate farm-to-table dining experience at the Rockdale Organic Co-Farm, as we celebrate the unexpected sweet potato, with stories of heritage, migration and family tradition. Sweet potatoes are a staple of Southern foodways and also deeply rooted in the traditions of many of the 200 farmers in our network, originating from Burma, Japan, Nepal, West Africa and more.
Discover abundance in our fields and enjoy the culinary creativity of a multi-course meal that showcases the fall harvest at our 22-acre farm.
Supper features food & culture expert and national bestselling author, Natalie Keng, CEO "Chief Eating Officer" of Global Hearth (a.k.a. The Sauce Maven) and Chef Jan Hill of Exclusively Yours Catering, an extraordinary culinary & cultural team. Drawing on recipes from Natalie’s award-winning book, Egg Rolls & Sweet Tea, and Sauce Maven's Recipe-in-a-Bottle premium, gourmet fusion sauces (Flavor of Georgia Winner), Chef Jan will prepare a locally sourced, multi-course meal at the farm.
