Somatic healing helps you address possibly what’s ungrounding you. Drop into the sound healings of crystal singing bowls • Deepen your compassionate self-understanding and bring the body to rest in community so you can replenish.

•Location: Life Wellness Center

•An intimate circle of 12 individuals.

•Meditation cushions & blankets provided (To bring: perhaps a sheepskin or yoga mat) so you can settle in comfortably.

~Reclining chairs will also be available for those who prefer them, though seating is limited.

~Arriving early will give you time to find the spot that feels right for you in our cozy basement space.
