I recommend bringing a 1 inch thick yoga mat (or a 5 Inch Inflatable Sleeping Pad or Zero-gravity Chair), a pillow, a blanket (a thick one for the winter), an eye mask, a water bottle, extra layers, and anything (ear-plugs or anti-snoring stripts) that will make you feel more comfortable.
