Sunday Serenity Sound Bath

Welcome to the Sunday Serenity Sound Bath at the White Barn Studio! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments as you reset your nervous system and invite in the healing you need. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable on a wooden floor – yoga mat or chair, pillows, blanket, and eye mask. Doors will close promptly at 10am. Meghan Houlihan is an energy healing practitioner and therapist. She was trained in classical music and brings a passion for the healing properties of sound to her sessions. She is a recent transplant from Vermont and is thrilled to be able to offer sound baths to her new community.
