Sunday Sanctuary is your invitation to pause, release, and reconnect before a new week begins. These sessions will help you align with the seasonal shift by soothing the nervous system and building inner resilience.
Join Daniella from Create Space Wellness for a weekly class designed to help regulate your nervous system, melt stress from the body, and bring clarity to the mind. Through specially curated yoga & somatic movement, calming breathwork and grounding meditation, you’ll shift from tension to ease — creating space for a softer start to your week.

No experience needed. All bodies and levels welcome.
Daniella (She/her), co-founder of Create Space Wellness, is an experienced trauma informed yoga, breathwork, mindfulness teacher. With a focus on supporting burnout prevention and nervous system regulation, she aims to share realistic and simple tools you can do anytime and anywhere. Daniella loves to create environments that give people the chance to fully rest, reset your nervous system and slow down in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
