In each class, you’ll experience:

  • A guided meditation to settle your mind and body
  • Gentle reflection on last week’s goals and experiences
  • Quiet planning time to map out your upcoming week (with a simple planning template provided)
  • A balanced goal-setting process across life “buckets” (work, health, relationships, personal growth, etc.)
  • A closing meditation and intention-setting ritual to carry forward into your week
