Morning SUP Yoga at Lady Bird Lake
Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating morning session of Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga at Lady Bird Lake in Downtown Austin! Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you flow through yoga poses on a paddleboard. This is a 75-minute session where we’ll do some paddling to warm up and get comfortable on the board, followed by 45 minutes of yoga. Our small class sizes create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere - perfect for beginners or anyone new to paddle board yoga. With fewer students, we’re able to offer personalized guidance and support throughout the class.
