About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 15 minutes

Inclusive and designed for all levels, including first-timers, this Vinyasa “flow” style of yoga moves from one pose to the next in a flowing sequence synchronized with your breath, building strength, flexibility, balance, and awareness of mind, body, and spirit.

Bring water and a mat. We have several loaner mats available for beginners.

This is a chill practice and we encourage you to take any necessary modifications. We provide props and have a few extra mats if you need one. Bring a friend or three. We have plenty of space! Come and enjoy candlelight vibes for indoor evening classes.

Outdoors on second-floor rooftop lawn, weather-permitting!

When: Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM. Saturdays and Sundays at 10 AM.

Where: 433 West Broad in the second-floor atrium. Enter through front door of SOW TO GO if necessary.

Parking: Street parking (free on Sundays) or in the adjacent LAZ garage for a fee.

Bring: Water, a Yoga Mat (limited loaner mats available), and a workout towel.

Cost: Classes operate on flexible pricing where you contribute what works for your budget. While there's no minimum requirement, contributions (suggested $10) directly support our instructors and keep the program running.

We are building a community. We would love for you to join us.

Born from the idea that to build a conscious community requires people to be engaged in a positive, inclusive, and mindful way with intention. Gravitation extends far beyond buildings and locales to the world we all live and work and play in. We are planting seeds of intention and practice that raise the energy of our world and experience to new, beautiful places.

We invite you to join us and help change this world into a place we all want to live, play, and practice. Be a part of that change.
