☕ Sunday Morning Café with Dr. Tom Wagner (Afternoon Edition)

Event Description

Join Dr. Tom Wagner for an afternoon of meaningful conversation, soul-soothing reflection, and deep connection.

Sunday Morning Café is not your typical event. It's a space—curated in cozy St. Louis coffee shops or venues—for adults of all ages to come together, unplug, and connect around the things that matter most: resilience, hope, and what it means to live with intention.

Dr. Tom will open with a short, thought-provoking reflection drawn from his 30+ years as a psychotherapist, resilience researcher, speaker, facilitator, and writer. Then, you’ll be guided into reflection, meditation, and small and large group conversations. Through refreshing authenticity and good humor, you'll explore themes like:

  • Strengthening your resilience muscle & managing change
  • Stop, drop, and savor: finding joy & beauty in the present
  • Building defiant, intentional positivity
  • Spirituality, mindfulness & introspection
  • Deepening connection in a disconnected world

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter—with actionable tools for personal growth.

This is a casual, welcoming space, whether you come with friends or on your own. You don't need to know anyone or prepare anything. Just show up as you are.
