Sunday Grounding First Day Community Hike
Overview
Join Sunday Grounding as we bring in the new year with a First Day Hike! First Day Hikes are an opportunity for park visitors to start the new year on the right foot in the outdoors. These programs welcome new park visitors as well as those seasoned patrons for a variety of opportunities all across the country.
We will join the group heading out of The Lums Pond Nature Center, joining the naturalists in Area 2 at 1PM for a 3.5-mile guided hike!
This accessible hike is a mix of forest and pond views that will highlight the track chair route.
The track chair will be available for use during the first day hike but it is first come-first serve so please make reservations in advance by calling the park office. (302) 368-6989
This is an unpaved trail for all levels.
