Event Cancellations & Conduct
If the event is canceled due to rain, you'll receive a refund for the ticket’s face value. Management reserves the right to deny entry without refund for any reason, including inappropriate behavior or failure to follow venue rules. This is a family-friendly event—please be respectful of all guests.

Is seating available?

Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For a guaranteed spot and a more elevated experience, we recommend reserving one of our premium seating options: Daybed (up to 5 guests), Shaded Cabana (up to 5 guests), Loveseat (up to 2 guests).

How can I purchase reserved seating?

Is there parking available?

Valet parking is available at the hotel for $20. Please check in with our Valet team when you arrive. Rideshare is encouraged.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 1PM — we kindly ask that guests do not arrive before the event begins.

Can I bring my own food, drinks, or Bluetooth speaker?

No outside food, beverages, or personal speakers are allowed. We’ve got everything you need onsite!
