Reem Edan is an Iraqi-American comedian, content creator, award-winning writer and actress based in Los Angeles. Her performances have captivated audiences globally, performing in nine countries across four continents, while amassing tens of millions of views online for her character-driven sketches and culture-bending commentary.
Since “quitting her day job,” Reem has made appearances on Shahid VIP's "The Stand Up Sketch Show," Laugh After Dark, Sirius XM, Elizabeth Banks’ WhoHaha, on the popular YouTube channel Fail Army. Before that, she honed her skills by participating in sought-after industry programs, including: the NBC Late Night Writing Program, Warner Bros / Rooster Teeth Content Creator Program, the MGM Writing Program, and as a writer on the Disney TV Discovers Showcase.
Using edgy humor, colorful storytelling and witty commentary, Reem explores her first-generation identity and what life is really like living in the gray (or brown) area between different cultures. From family drama, to relationships, to being a millennial mess, she lays down the laughs for a comedic perspective you won’t soon forget.
The Comedy Bar is proud to partner with Gino’s East to bring you the ultimate Chicago experience — featuring their legendary deep dish pizza and exclusive Signature Cocktails you won’t find anywhere else. Come for the laughs, stay for the flavor! View our full menu here.

Yes. Guests who require ADA access may use the elevator located inside Gino's East.
Limited valet parking is available outside of Gino’s East. Please note that valet fees vary and are cash only. For convenience, we recommend arriving via rideshare, public transit, or by reserving a nearby parking spot in advance.
Purchasing VIP tickets guarantees a reserved seat closer to the stage (front two rows). If you purchased VIP tickets, we will hold your seats up until showtime. After that, your seats will be released to another guest. If you're running late, please call the box office so we can assist.
Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Most tables seat up to 4 guests. If your group has fewer than four, you may be sharing a table with other guests. This applies to both General Admission and VIP tickets.
Doors open at least 30 minutes before showtime. Seating is first come, first served. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to get settled!
Tickets purchased under multiple names are not guaranteed to sit together. If you're part of a large group that purchased tickets under multiple names, please call or email the box office PRIOR TO THE SHOW so that we may assist you in seating everyone together.
All shows are 17+ (21+ to drink). A valid ID is required at the door. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No children under 13 are allowed in the venue.
No dress code (as long as you're wearing clothes, lol). Come as you are!
There is a 2-item minimum per guest. Each guest must purchase at least 2 items from our food/beverage menu during their visit. This is a widely recognized policy across the industry; guests who refuse may be asked to leave without a refund. Items purchased from Gino’s before the show do not count.
An 18% auto-gratuity is added to all food and beverage purchases.
Tickets can be purchased via credit/debit online or with cash at our box office. For table service, a credit/debit card is required to start your tab. If you do not have a credit card, we do accept cash, but will need to hold a valid ID on file until you close out.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. We have a strict no-call/no-show policy. Tickets will not be refunded for guests who fail to show up, regardless of circumstances. If you're running late or have an emergency, please give us a call and we will do our best to work with you.
