About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Join artist and educator Gwenno James for a hands-on workshop exploring the beautiful art of cyanotype, also known as sun printing. Using natural materials gathered from the AOoA farm, participants will learn the fundamentals of this historic photographic printing process, which uses sunlight to create striking blue-and-white images.

In this workshop, Gwenno will guide participants through the steps of preparing cyanotype paper, arranging plant materials, and developing unique botanical prints using the power of the sun. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature, learn a traditional photographic technique, and create your own one-of-a-kind artwork. No prior experience is necessary. All materials will be provided.

Light refreshments will be served.

Space is limited, please register in advance!
