Information for 6/1 & 6/15 Class with Sarah Kelton:

Yoga Flow:

Sarah's Yoga Flow class offers dance-inspired sequences aiming to nurture body, mind and spirit. Students are reminded to coordinate their breath with their movements, inviting a deeper sense of peace into the body. Expect a creative practice that is calming for the nervous system and uplifting for the soul.

Sarah Kelton is a seasoned yogi with over two decades of dedicated practice and teaching experience. Introduced to the transformative power of yoga in 2000, she embarked on a journey exploring various disciplines including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Forrest, and more. She completed her 200-hour certification at Samadhi Center for Yoga and Meditation in Denver, followed by immersive study in India with Saul David Raye. These experiences enriched her practice and teaching style, infusing it with the wisdom of ancient yogic traditions and a deepened connection to the spiritual foundation of yoga.

In addition to yoga, Sarah is a dance instructor, musician and recording artist. She has a Bachelor's degree in music and dance/movement from Naropa University, and a Masters degree in conflict resolution and peace education from the University for Peace. Blending her passions, Sarah brings a unique and inspired teaching style to the mat. Students can expect creative sequences that reflect Sarah's love for dance, and a focus on coordinating breath with mindful movement. She views each class as an opportunity to take part in the power of yoga to promote health and a positive mindset, as well as to share in the gift of body/mind/spirit education.

Sarah has taught classes and workshops in a variety of studios, weekly 'Corporate Yoga' classes in downtown Denver, and popular 'Yoga in the Park' classes in Highlands Ranch for five years. She currently teaches Yoga Flow at the East Boulder Rec Center on Sundays @ 9:30am and Thursdays @ 6:30pm.
