For many, summer is a time of emergence and connection with others, which requires a delicate balance between connecting with yourself and not over-extending your energy and boundaries. As we navigate the season, it becomes more important to consider how we can tend to our own hearts, needs, and desires.

It can be hard to come to stillness on our own, reflect on where we’re going, and clarify the small, simple steps that will get us there. At Dynamic Core, we've found that creating a sacred pause to circle up collectively offers the chance to connect to the energy that’s present each season in a way that supports living in more alignment with your self, your body, and your life. This is a powerful time to assess what’s working and what’s not within the rhythm and routines of your dynamic life.

The opportunity present is to call upon the power of summer so that we may listen to our hearts and honor what is ours to tend to and carry.

From this space, we can pause and connect with our heart, body, mind, and spirit. We then have a chance to move and tend to our energy as we reflect on what we need now and in the months ahead.

Join us on July 8 as we circle up together (virtually), where you can enjoy:

A meditation and breathing practice,
A grounded movement practice,
An energy practice,
Visioning work for what you want to create,
Sacred witnessing,
And lots of love and support.

We want you to feel lightness, make room for laughter, and have space to breathe, even in the midst of all that's going on in the world.

The summer workshop is an invitation for us to use the natural energies of the season to find a new way to care for ourselves - one that is deeply supportive and sustainable. We’ll hold space for your guidance to come in and show you how to move through the season in a way that truly serves you.

This workshop will take place online via a platform called Zoom. You'll need an electronic device to access the app, as well as a quiet space without interruptions to go through the workshop.

Frances Darnell is a Pilates teacher and founder of Dynamic Core, which is devoted to helping women experience more strength, resilience, and confidence in the power and beauty of your whole self: mind, body, spirit. In her work, she integrates movement with mindfulness, energy work, Reiki, and coaching.
