Do I need to know how to dance to attend?

Not at all! SHiNE™ Dance Fitness is designed for all levels. The routines are easy to follow, high-energy, and all about having fun—no dance experience necessary!

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. We’ll provide DanceSocks to wear over your shoes, as required by the studio floor.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just water, a good attitude, and your best summer vibes! We’ve got the music, instructors, and DanceSocks ready for you.

Where exactly is the studio?

SSBB Pilates Studio is located at 4343 S. Buckley Rd, Suite 320 in Aurora, CO. Enter near the jewelry store and take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor.

How do I pay the drop-in fee?

You can pre-pay $8 via Eventbrite or pay $10 at the door with cash or Venmo. We encourage pre-registration to reserve your spot!

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! Bring a friend or two and let them experience the SHiNE magic. Just make sure each person registers in advance.
