Summer Transition Group 

Please only book a space if your child can attend all 3 sessions. 

Three summer sessions for Year 6 students who would benefit from support with the transition to secondary school. 

This small group will provide an opportunity for children to come together and explore their thoughts and feelings within a nurturing environment. 

We look forward to hearing from you if your child is currently in Year 6 and you think that they could benefit from attending the 3 summer sessions. 

All sessions will run from 11-12pm. 

•       Session 1 – Tuesday 29th  July 

•       Session 2 – Weds 30th July 

•       Session 3 – Thursday 31st July 

(Max 12)
