Not at all. This experience is for everyone — whether this is your first time doing breathwork or you’ve been on the healing path for years. You’ll be guided the entire way, and we create a safe, supportive environment for all levels.

What kind of breathwork is it?

We’ll be using a conscious, rhythmic mouth-breathing technique that helps release stored emotions, reset your nervous system, and bring clarity to the mind. It’s simple, accessible, and powerful — and you’ll be fully guided through the entire experience.

Question 3

What happens during the sound bath?

Accepted Answer

After the breathwork, you’ll move into deep rest. Live sound healing instruments (like crystal bowls, chimes, and other resonant frequencies) will help calm your system and integrate what you’ve released. It’s deeply restorative and helps ground the shifts you’ve made.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
A pillow for head/neck support
A blanket or jacket (your body may cool down during rest)
An eye mask (optional, but helps you drop in deeper)
Water
Most importantly: a willingness to show up for yourself

Should I eat or drink before the session?

For the best experience, avoid heavy food or lots of water 2–3 hrs before. Light snacks are okay if needed for blood sugar. Hydrate earlier in the day, then slow intake so your body feels clear and your breath has space to move.

Will there be any physical touch or hands-on adjustments?

Nope. This is a no-touch event unless you specifically request energetic or grounding support. We believe in full consent and honoring your process exactly as it is.

Is this okay if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?

Accepted Answer

Breathwork can be intense for the body, so if you're pregnant or have a condition like epilepsy, heart issues, or are taking certain medications, we ask that you check with your healthcare provider first. You’re always welcome to attend and rest in the space without participating in the breathwork.
