The craft of marquetry is centuries-old, dating back to the BC era. In this class you will learn about the aspects of marquetry, its origin and how to take your interest to the next level, if you so desire. In this in-depth, hands-on demonstration, you will be given the opportunity to safely experience use of a scroll saw in the process of making initial cuts of a “compass rose” design. Instructor will provide all materials at no additional cost.

Payment will be processed and is required at the time of registration. Students are considered registered when tuition is paid in full.

Refund only possible if student withdraws by phone or in writing at least 10 days prior to the first class— NO EXCEPTIONS.

If the class is cancelled by EFC, a full refund will be given. Students will be notified of any scheduling changes. We will contact students if class is cancelled due to severe weather and a make-up class will be scheduled.

Gift certificates are available for classes.
