Please park in the LARGE library parking lot on Cross St opposite the parking lot for the Spirit and Life Centre.

What if it rains?

We proceed rain or shine. Should there be lightning or extreme weather, we would ask that you remain in your vehicle until the storm passes.

Do I need to bring my ticket or device?

Yes, please bring proof of payment either on your device or printed out so that we can check you in.

I see your age restriction starts at age 12. What if my child is 10 or 11 but mature?

Understanding of the stories and ability to stand quietly to listen are the main requirements  for a child to happily participate in a ghost walk.

How long is the walk?

Each walk lasts approximately an hour and a half.

Is it the same tour at 7:30 and 8:00 pm?

Yes, it is only the guide is different.

Is it handicapped accessible?

This walk uses sidewalks and paved streets and is accessible for a motorized wheelchair or scooter.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are possible if requested 24 hours in advance of the start of your walk. Tickets are transferable on a comparable price basis.

Are there washrooms available?

Unfortunately, no. The closest washroom would be at Tim Hortons on the corner of Third St.
