For the 18 years, the last 10 being in Delaware, we have been lucky enough to help athletes of all sports and abilities to increase their vertical jumps. During this time we've work with track athletes who put 3 feet on their long jump, volleyball players who put 6"+ on their approach jumps, and male athletes who raised their vertical jump from 38-44.6".
This summer program is open to any athletes who want to make changes and improvements this summer. These sessions will be limited to 20 athletes per time slot. Sessions will have strong focuses on technique, data tracking, getting stronger, and competition.
While we don't make any promises on how much your vertical will grow this summer, we do promise to help you maximize your potential and to have fun.
Summer Flight Lab will begin the week of June 16 and will run through August 8.
If capacity is reached more time slots may be added.
