Join Chef Jesse Cross of Crosswood Catering for an immersive summer cooking experience at The Wine Collective in Baltimore. This three-part seasonal series features hands-on cooking classes centered around fresh, locally inspired dishes — each paired with a perfectly matched wine from The Wine Collective’s award-winning cellar.

Whether you join us for one class or all three, you’ll learn new skills, enjoy a chef-crafted seasonal menu, and sip wines that highlight the best of summer in Maryland.

🍋 June 25 – Handmade Agnolotti with Lemon Ricotta & Blistered Tomatoes
Paired with:Skin-contact Petit Manseng Pet-Nat
This bright, fresh pasta dish plays beautifully with the structure and aromatics of this effervescent, fruit-driven wine.

🍑 July 23 – Grilled Peach & Prosciutto Flatbread with Herbed Goat Cheese
Paired with: Sparkling Rosé
Salty, sweet, creamy, and herbaceous — this summery flatbread comes alive with a chilled rosé or bubbles in your glass.

🌽 August 20 – Sweet Corn & Zucchini Risotto with Basil & Lemon
Paired with: Vibrant white blend
The sweetness of summer corn and freshness of basil meet their match in a crisp, citrusy white wine.
