Heart-Based Meditation based on teachings of Sufi Masters, Dr Nahid Angha and Dr. Ali Kianfar
This class is designed for those interested in meditation according to the heart-based 40 Days teachings of Sufi Masters Dr. Nahid Angha and Shah Nazar Seyed Dr. Ali Kianfar. The heart-based practice is a system based on the centrality of the heart in discovering inner knowledge as one travels the transformative spiritual journey toward Self-knowledge.
6 Class series - participants may attend in-person or on zoom.
Dates are Sundays: 1/11, 2/8, 3/8, 4/12, 5/17, 6/14; from 9-10:30 AM PST
