SATURDAY - QUALIFYING HEATS

5:30AM: Festival + Spectator Area Opens

6:00AM: Heats Begins (New Heat Begins Every 40 minutes)

3:20PM: Final Qualifying Heat of Day Begins

4:00PM: Day's Activities Conclude

Top four (4) male teams and top four (4) female teams from the Pro Division and the top four male (4) teams and top four (4) female teams from the Open Division will advance onto Sunday's Championship Heats.

HOW YOU WIN...

🏆 The Team with the MOST NET CALORIES ("net" equals total calories minus deductions) will be the Qualifying Round Winner.

🏆 Four (4) Teams from each division will advance to Sunday's Championship Round.


HOW YOU PLAY...

➡️ In Teams of 2 same sex buddies.

➡️ Buddy 1 starts on Runner, Buddy 2 on Front Loaded Reverse Lunge.

➡️ When Buddy 2 completes 50 reps on reverse lunge, they TAG Buddy 1 who then completes their 50 reps while Buddy 2 runs.

➡️ The Buddy Team continues in this manner, each completing the movements as prescribed in order of sequence as the other continues Running toward 200 calories.

➡️ Once the Team's Xebex Runner achieves 200 calories, they transition to Xebex Ski Erg where they aim for the most possible calories through to the end of the 35-minute round.

➡️ Once BOTH buddies have completed all reps on all movements, they can interval on Ski Erg in their manner of choice.


WHAT IF...

➡️ If one or both Buddies fail to complete all work on the movements within Time Cap, EACH INCOMPLETE REP IS A 5-CALORIE DEDUCTION from their score.


SUNDAY - CHAMPIONSHIP HEATS

5:30AM: Festival + Spectator Area Opens

6:00AM: Male Pro Heat Starts

Heats are 35 minutes in duration with five minutes between each heat -- 6:40, 7:20...

Top four (4) male and female teams from the Pro Division and the top four (4) male and female teams from Open Division go head to head to head to head in a grueling Championship Heat Session on Sunday.
