Overview

Free monthly prevention program for grades 6–8 with tools, education & support to help kids make safe, healthy choices about substance use.

Hope Academy’s Middle School Substance Use Education & Prevention Program is a one-day, interactive session for students in grades 6–8 and their parents/guardians. Led by Hope’s recovery experts, the program helps families understand the impact of nicotine, vaping, marijuana, and other substances on the teen brain; manage stress and screen time; and build decision-making skills for healthy choices. Parents join for the afternoon to connect and receive resources. Lunch and materials included. $20 registration fee per student.
