SUAF-Dallas Chapter: 36th Annual Bayou Bash

Our 36th annual Bayou Bash is Saturday, June 1, 2019 on the front lawn of the African American Museum at Fair Park. Over recent years, Bayou Bash has seen attendance gains amongst local and out of state alumni.

Funds are raised while enjoying delicious Louisiana cuisine, and enjoying our family friendly atmosphere. We currently support 39 Dallas-Fort Worth scholarship recipients and have awarded over $35,200 in scholarship funds during the 2018-2019 school year.

We are expecting another year of growth and welcome your business/service as a vendor. This is the best opportunity to engage with the local HBCU community and help shape our young leaders’ lives. We thank you for your continued support, your strong commitment to changing lives and your pride in giving.

2019 Bayou Bash Vendor Terms

The vendor registration fee is $150 which includes: one chair, one table, with one full meal. If there is need for additional staff, Vendors are expected to pay the price of the current selling 36th Annual Bayou Bash ticket(s) for needed staff.

The deadline to register and remit payment is Thursday, May 17th, 2019 as long as space is still available.
