Frequently asked questions

Can the stylists style my hair?

Yes! If you have specific questions pertaining to your hair and type, they stylists can of course show you how on yourself. There will be a model there as well being styled.

Will there be freebies?

Yes! Each attendee will get a bag of samples as well as 15% off any purchase made! Any purchase over $100 also gets an AVEDA recycled hair towel wrap and AVEDA skincare headband.

Where do I park?

We are located at LaCantera Mall and we suggest you park at the parking lot closest to Barnes and Noble and Macys. This lot gives you access to a walk-in entrance (you will see Kendra Scott and Abercrombie signs. Once you walk into the shopping center, we are up the stairs and to the right.

How long has HOTBOX been in business?

They have been in business over ten years here in San Antonio, with the owner Baldo!
