Study Group: The Pearls of Wisdom from The Secret Doctrine, Dzogchen & Veda
By Ian Peterson
Multiple dates
Overview
This ongoing study circle explores the shared essence of the world’s great wisdom traditions. Sundays at 10AM - 12PM in DTLA.
This ongoing study circle explores the shared essence of the world’s great wisdom traditions — The Secret Doctrine of H. P. Blavatsky, the non-dual teachings of Dzogchen, and the timeless philosophy of Advaita Vedanta.
Together we examine the universal principles that underlie these teachings:
- The unity of all life and consciousness
- The process of spiritual evolution through self-knowledge
- The path of realization as expressed through the wisdom of the ages
Through open reading, discussion, and quiet reflection, participants are invited to look beyond form and doctrine toward the direct perception of truth — the “pearls of wisdom” hidden within each tradition.
All are welcome, whether new to Theosophy or long-time students of philosophy and meditation.
