Time to get creative!

Prototyping is the most experimental part of the business process but it's not limited to just startups. When done properly, entrepreneurs at all stages are able to very quickly test their ideas and adjust according to real feedback. Moreover, it can serve to test the caliber of the idea in real time or validate an existing product for improvement and/or updating.

This is a very hands-on, build-forward session. You will create the prototype that is fit for your idea. It can be a visual or a physical model of the product or service you are trying to create.

In this session, you will learn ideas such as proof of concept, how to market test properly (and what to actually test for), and key customer interactions: Digital Phases, Service Stages, Mediums, and Locations.

No, we can help you come up with one. This session is particularly helpful for that. If you already have one, then we will help you refine it as well.

I already have a business, how will this help?

Our workshops are designed to make better entrepreneurs so whether you are starting from scratch or have already gone to market, our sessions will help you to build, refine and/or improve on what you already have.
