Student-Faculty Conversation Series with Anita Carson

Join us for the next session in the DBI Student–Faculty Conversation Series, a new initiative that helps undergraduates connect directly with Questrom professors, learn about their research, and explore ways to get involved in academic projects. This event will feature Professor Anita Tucker, Larz Anderson Professor of Management & Technology Management.

In this conversation, we’ll discuss Professor Tucker’s early career experiences across diverse manufacturing industries, from consumer food production to high-tech equipment, her award-winning research on improving efficiency and learning in healthcare systems, and her leadership in Questrom’s recent Core curriculum redesign. Students will gain insight into what the new Core will look like and how they can start engaging with research in operations.

The session will be moderated by Pramay Jain (Questrom ’28) and will include an open Q&A segment for students to ask questions about careers in operations and research.
