About this Event

Student Dialogues: Connecting on Actions and Issues across Cultures

The pandemic has exposed and underscored the imperative of giving students the opportunity to shape their world of today and tomorrow. Bring your student leaders (informal and formal), students in a global-issues class, or students pursuing a global diploma to engage in a three-part dialogue series on topics of current and future importance across cultures and borders. Topics will likely include environmentalism and sustainability, global perspectives on social justice, student action and leadership on global issues, and reflections on the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Program Format: One-week program that includes three 90-minute synchronous sessions for high-school students (ages 15-18); students participate in all three dialogues.

Dates and Times: July 26-30, with synchronous sessions on July 27, 28, and 29 from 9.00-10.30AM Pacific US // 12.00-1.30PM Eastern US // 6.00-7.30PM Central European

Cost: $250 per school (2-10 students)

School Commitment: Faculty point person who supports students and is invited, but not required, to attend all programming

Available only to GEBG member schools
