STUCK! Problem-Solver Masterclass

You *MUST* bring at least one challenge, problem, or opportunity you're facing. You'll learn new vocabulary, skills, and mindsets by practicing on faux problems and subsequently on YOUR challenge. See the FAQ "What is a good challenge/problem/opportunity to bring?”

First, bring an open mind and desire to supplant traditional random idea-slinging brainstorming processes for problem-solving. Second, bring a pencil (you'll want to erase) for the workbook and a pen and paper for note-taking.

Let's answer this question with challenges not well-suited to this masterclass. Challenges such as "increase sales" or "reduce expenses" are possible to use, but quite simplistic. Challenges such as "How might I scale without adding overhead?" or "What additional services might I offer?" are better.

The problem-solving masterclass will commence promptly at 9:00 a.m.—plan for inclement weather to be on time. The workshop will end at 1:00 p.m.

Absolutely! Teams with a shared language and understanding of solving problems together are more efficient and less friction when challenges arrive. Be sure to buy a ticket for each participant.

Participants will receive a workbook, related handouts, and an orientation to using the problem-solving methodology.
