Individuals struggling with consumer debt often do not understand their rights or know what options exist for dealing with them. In this webinar, Ramona Morel discusses individuals’ rights when faced with debt collection and explores bankruptcy as an option for obtaining a fresh start.

Ramona Morel
Ramona Morel is the Director of the Consumer Bankruptcy Project, providing legal advice and bankruptcy assistance to New York City residents with limited financial resources burdened with credit card, medical, and student loan debt.
