In this 50-minute hands-on workshop, Sam Arnold, MS, CSPS, CSCS, draws from the work of leaders like Thomas Myers, Bill Parisi, Bobby Stroupe, Michol Dalcourt, Keith Baar, and Eric Cressey to explore how real stability is built — not through stiffness, but through coordinated control.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize when athletes mask instability with tension, lockouts, or bracing.
  • Spot compensations that fail under fatigue, load, or speed.
  • Apply drills that connect muscle, fascia, and motor control for durable performance.
