Join mindbodygreen for our first-ever Strong Strides—an empowering community ruck, lead by the YVO Warrior Tribe. Walk with or without a weighted vest and there’s no prior rucking experience required. Explore interactive red light and recovery stations, receive an oral health product demonstration powered by Invisalign, and connect with Miami’s wellness community. Every guest will leave with a curated well-being gift bag to sustain strong habits going long after the event ends.
If you have one, please bring your own vest. A limited number of vests will be available on a first come, first served basis. Or just walk without a vest.
Event is free, with an optional donation to Girls on the Run Miami, an organization empowering girls to discover their inner strength and boost their physical activity.

- 10:00 - Longevity stations & oral health product demonstration continue, along with light bites

Parking:
- There are several parking options around Bayshore Club ranging from $8 for 2hrs and up. Regatta Park Lots and Grove Bay Garage are the closest options and offer plenty of spots.
