Calling all moms! Join our pelvic floor physical therapists from Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness for a StollerFit Workout and Wellness Event!


You will be guided through a 45-minute workout with a variety of strength and cardio conditioning movements. We'll go through a dynamic, full-body workout meant to leave you feeling empowered and energized. You will also get to check out amazing local wellness vendors!


After the workout we'll be providing:

  • Coffee, snacks, and juice
  • Time to meet and connect with other locals moms!
  • FREE Diastasis Recti and C-Section screens
  • Check out local wellness vendors


You'll also get an opportunity to see Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness, a speciality Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy clinic in Woodbury, MN!

*Please note: we will require a liability waiver to be signed on the day of the event to participate in the workout.

Frequently asked questions

How many weeks postpartum can I be to attend this event?

We recommend that you are at least 6 weeks postpartum!

Will there be time to meet and connect with other locals moms?

Yes! The workout will last 45 minutes and there will be coffee, juice, and snacks available afterwards. We encourage moms to stay after the workout to meet and connect with other local moms.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear clothes that are comfortable to workout and sweat in. We recommend you wear sunscreen, sunglasses, and bring a water bottle.

What if my baby/toddler doesn't like to stay in the stroller?

That's ok, we go with the flow! You can complete many of the workout moves wearing your baby, holding your toddler, with your toddler out of the stroller, or simply take a pause from the workout. All options are ok!
