Stroll & Stretch with Rev Shelley Dungan at Gardner Seveney Sports Complex, Portsmouth

Nature lovers, yoga lovers, those wanting to connect with other mindful folks are invited to attend. We will gather in front of the Leonard Brown House at the Gardner Seveney Sports Complex on Linden Lane, Portsmouth at 10:30 sharp. This is the same park where the Newport Polo fields are and many soccer fields. You will turn onto Linden Lane at the light on East Main Rd and drive 1/4 mile into the park and see the yellow Leonard Brown House. Park anywhere that is convenient for you. We will take a group stroll along various trails in the area. Then we will enjoy some gentle yoga stretches. Register on Eventbrite or drop in. Suggested donation is $15-$20.

Please wear sturdy footwear, dress for the weather and bring a blanket and yoga mat. This event is weather dependent so check our homepage if weather is questionable. www.sacred-center.org.
