Do I need to bring my own yoga mat, blanket, etc.?

These items, along with bolsters, eye masks, and complimentary bottled water will be provided. Chairs are also provided if preferred.

What stories and poems do you have in mind for the evening?

Poems from Edgar Allen Poe and the Legend of Sleepy Hollow among other wonderful tales.
