We look like a house from the outside, but we're a Kung Fu school on the inside! We are near the Church at Hampton Roads. If you need help finding us, give us a call at 404-723-8661.

When should I plan to arrive?

About 5-10 minutes early to give you time to find us, and reach out if need be. Once class begins, we may be teaching students and it will be harder to answer the phone or any text queries.

Do I need to bring anything?

All you need is yourself, some loose fitting clothing, and a water bottle (if you'd prefer not to use our drinking fountain). For this class, if you have your own boxing gloves and wraps, that is preferable!

Most of our parking is around back, and it's easiest to simply enter through the door on the deck in the back.
