Start your Saturday strong with our NEW Run Club offering at YTX! Join us Saturday, October 18th at 8:45am in movement, breath, and community led by Leah Peterson and Madison Duncan. T

his event is designed for all levels—whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started. We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute group trail run starting from the YTX studio, focused on community, pace variety, and movement that feels good. After our run, we’ll return to the studio for a specialized yoga class at Indeed Park, created with runners in mind! Class will featuring core work, a vinyasa flow to build strength and increase mobility, with a deep cool-down stretch to leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.

WHAT TO BRING: Sneakers Yoga mat Water Towel Change of clothes (if desired) …and your crew—let’s run, flow, and grow together. Optional post flow hang! Grab your favorite bowl or smoothie at JuicedUp and hit the cold plunge. (Additional purchase required & not mandatory - your presence alone is perfect)!
