Meet us on the lawn for a flow with friends and a chance to give back to the community!
We will begin our yoga flow at 3PM. Jason S. will lead us through a 50 minute all-levels practice to help us ground into the present moment and honor our beloved Mother Earth.
At 4PM, Jona M. will guide us through a moving meditation, where we will walk with care and peace while picking up trash we might find along the way.
All ages and experiece levels are welcome to join!
This event is free for all to join! We suggest a $5 donation to one of three charities we are fundraising for this summer:
