the event by showing ticket at the till in Sociable Folk.

At Yoga Hero, we take every care to maintain, and improve, your mental and physical health. You are responsible for letting your teacher know of any injuries, any conditions that you're experiencing, or anything that may affect your practice.We ask you to listen to your body at every stage of every class. Do not ignore any pain, and always let us know if you're experiencing anything adverse, or anything that you are not used to. Listen carefully to all instructions and let your instructor know if you would prefer not to be assisted.Let us know if you have absolutely any questions about any aspect of the practice or attending classes.
