Do you accept drop ins?

Yes! We do accept drop ins and can take payments at the door , so feel free to bring a friend!

This class is built for a mature audience, with mostly adult attendees. If you need to bring kids, we do have a section where children can play while adults take the class. Teenagers 16 and up can take the class.

You can wear anything that will allow for ease of movement, jeans are not recommended.

Anything else I need to bring?

Bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you do noyt want to be on the bare floor. You can also bring a sweat towel if preferred.

Parking is free and on a surface lot connected to the building.
