Join a free accessible exercise class for people with Parkinson’s in NW2 – gentle, safe, seated, and open to all levels.

This event is a partnership between Maida Care, Parkinson’s Care and Support UK, and Candlewood House Care Home. Parkinson’s Care and Support UK is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by Parkinson’s, providing support, advice, and funding for wellbeing initiatives across the UK.

Join us for a free seated stretch and strengthen class designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s on Monday 24th November, 11am–12 noon.

This gentle, guided session focuses on stretching, strengthening, and improving mobility, all from a chair, in a safe and supportive environment. Carers are warmly encouraged to join.

Classes are seated and prior yoga experience is needed— held at Candlewood House Care Home, Bentley Dr, London NW2 2TD. There will be a short health questionairre and consent form to complete on arrival.
