In this webinar, we will explore how stress is affecting humanity today and what strategies can be used to cope with stress more effectively.

STRESS is a part of everyone’s daily lives, but with the COVID-19 pandemic still raging on after almost a year, everyone’s stress loads are magnified significantly. Our approach to coping with stress may need some extra attention. Stress management techniques provide a practical way to cope with stress and its symptoms to promote and maintain mental health.

After the presentation participants will be able to:

Define the difference between stress and anxiety.
Recognize why all stress isn't always bad.
Identify the signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Apply stress coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety.
Share resources for professional help.
