But what is the source?

In L. Ron Hubbard's book Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health, he details his discovery and handling of the single source of stress, anxiety, untwanted emotions and behaviors: the reactive mind.

In this lecture you will learn about this formerly hidden mind and how you can control it to eliminate stress from your life.
