Is touch and hand on assists mandatory?

Absolutely not! Your space your practice. Arden simply offers to all students and always asks before touching.

What is the cranial massage and spinal pressure flush?

The cranial massage is a head, neck, jaw, and tops of shoulders rinse out to relax the head and neck during savasana. The spinal pressure flush are light pressure presses along the spine down the nerve plexus point, the 7 points of the chakra system, to balance each chakra to the one above it

Is this workshop beginner friendly?

These workshops and style classes are always beginner friendly and a great way to truly experience the spiritual side of your yoga practice as this is a heavily meditation based style of the practice.
