Find relief from anxiety, distraction, and negativity using simple, ancient, and evidence-based techniques.

For thousands of years, people in every culture have practiced different forms of meditation to improve their health and find peace. Now, modern science confirms what those traditions have long known: regular meditation reduces stress and anxiety, improves focus, enhances kindness and intuition, and promotes a deeper sense of calm and balance.

Yet many people say they 'can’t clear their minds', that meditation doesn’t work for them, or that they must be doing it wrong. After teaching thousands of people to meditate, I can assure you – you’re not doing it wrong. You just may not have been shown how it really works or what to pay attention to.


In this 75-minute introduction, you’ll:

  • Learn the basics of how your nervous system stimulates or relaxes you, enables you to connect with yourself and others, and why it sometimes gets “stuck” in fight, flight or freeze mode.
  • Practice simple, effective techniques using breathing, sensing, and kindness to restore balance and calm.
  • Discover how just a few minutes of practice—between meetings, or as part of your morning or evening routine—can shift your state of mind and body

This session draws from my 8-week Meditation Without Expectations™ program, which has been proven to reduce stress and overload while increasing mindfulness, empathy, and resilience. The program’s outcomes, published in Current Psychology (2023), represent one of the largest studies of any meditation-based stress relief program.

You’ll leave with simple tools to build resilience, improve focus, and reconnect with your natural calm, care, and clarity.
