Join us for an Alexander Technique group class focused on releasing stress.
Learn practical ways to let go of unnecessary tension and anxiety, and invite more ease into your daily life. Using simple Alexander Technique principles, you’ll cultivate a sense of calm and connection within yourself and your surroundings.
Mike and Emily will guide you with hands-on support to deepen your experience. You’ll explore how to “stress less” through everyday movements—sitting, standing, walking, and lying down—that you can easily integrate into your routine.
Whether you’re new to the Alexander Technique or want to deepen your practice, this class welcomes all levels. Discover how to move through your days with more ease and less stress.
