What is Stress-Free Zone?
The Stress Free Zone (SFZ) program equips young individuals (ages 18-30) to shift into a calm, beautiful inner state. In this state, we experience tremendous focus, clarity and a greater capacity to enjoy life!
It draws from ancient wisdom of India, and pairs it with modern science to deliver impactful insights & practical tools.
During the program, we:
- Learn brief meditation practices
- Quiet the mind
- Reflect on our life
- Connect with community
Oneness Generation
Stress-Free Zone is brought to you by Oneness Generation, a non-profit initiative organized by young people, to help young people (ages 18-30) to live stress-free and with greater joy.
We do this by providing transformational programs and a supportive community. We are trained by teachers & monks from Ekam in India, aka the Oneness Movement.
Who is it for?
SFZ is for ages 18-30 (exceptions can be made down to 14 & up to 35).
SFZ would benefit absolutely everyone, but it’s specifically helpful for people who actually want to work on themselves and their inner conflicts.
If you have a hard time being your authentic self around others, loving yourself, or stressing about work, this course is for you.
About your host - Jake Wilson
I lead meditation programs and guide nature tours in the Ottawa area. My work draws from years of training & experience as a meditation leader.
I spent a year in India learning directly from the teachers & monks from Oneness, whose mission is to help people live free from stress, in a beautiful inner state of being.
I have seen this work change many people’s lives in beautiful ways, and it brings me great joy to share it with you.
